Help Promo-Codes

If you have received a promo code, you can redeem it depending on your operating system as follows:

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

1. Open the Apple App Store
2. Tap on the profile icon in the top right
3. Select “Redeem Gift Card or Code”
4. Enter the promotion code
5. Confirm the entry

After redemption:

• Install Why?! (you should be prompted to do so)
• Create a user in the app (enter email address and confirm one-time code)
• You will be redirected to the subscriptions page
• Scroll all the way down and tap “Restore purchases”

Android

1. Install Why?! from the Google Play Store
2. First create a user in Why?! (enter email address and confirm one-time code)
3. You will be redirected to the subscriptions page
4. Select the desired number of children
5. Tap “Subscribe now”
6. At the payment method (usually credit card preset) select “Redeem code”
7. Enter the code and complete the order process

Important note: After the free trial period (90 days), the subscription will automatically become paid. If you do not wish to continue the subscription, you must cancel it in time in the Google Play Store. Cancellation can be done at any time, and the remaining days can still be tested despite cancellation.
